A church, a website and a community app that feel like one place.
Living Waters describes itself three ways: a New Covenant people, a Kingdom embassy, and a religious detox center for those who have been over-churched or wounded. Its digital world had to welcome a first-time visitor and serve a member on a Tuesday night, from the same front door.

The challenge
Two front doors, one congregation.
Someone new wants to know, in a few seconds, what this community is and whether they would belong. A member wants the teachings, the podcasts, the calendar, the giving and their own dashboard, without hunting.
When the public site and the member tools live in different places with different logins and different looks, both visitors lose.
The approach
Map first, then build.
The work started as architecture: which parts of church life belong on the public site, which belong inside the community app, and how a person moves from one to the other.
The homepage opens with the church’s own question, what do you look like fully alive in Jesus?, then three doors: Plan Your Visit, Get Involved, See What’s Happening.
What was built
The pieces, designed to fit.
Public site
Story-driven homepage
Message first, then the plan for a first visit, then the call to action. Gatherings, ministries and calendar each have a home.
Resources
Teachings, podcasts, articles, books
A resource library organized by type so a sermon and a podcast episode are one click apart.
Members
Dashboard and community app
A signed-in dashboard on the site and app pages for groups, events and giving in every member’s pocket.
