The challenge
Every pest, every town, one clear next step.
Pest control is searched locally and urgently: “ants Medford”, “wasps near deck”. The site had to answer each pest and each service area with its own page, and still feel like one company with one voice.
Behind the pages sat the plumbing: quote and call paths, seasonal offers, and hosting that stays up when the phones ring.
The approach
A local pest guide, structured for search.
The homepage follows the Website Story Map. The customer’s problem comes first (“You should not have to share your home with pests”), then Bug Zapper as the guide (“Your local pest guide”), then a three-step plan for how the visit works.
Service pages for ants, bed bugs, cockroaches, fleas, moles and gophers, rodents, spiders and wasps, plus location pages, give search engines and people the same clear structure.
