The visitor already knows their patterns; awareness has not been enough. The site had to name that experience precisely and offer a small, safe first step rather than a coaching package.
That first step, a seven-day course, needed to deliver itself: sign up, receive a lesson a day, hear from Heather at the end.
The approach
Name it, explain it, offer the course.
The homepage speaks in the visitor’s own words: reacting before you can choose, functioning on depletion, replaying everything afterwards. Then it explains why, in one paragraph about the nervous system, and offers the course.
A soft marble texture and a hand-drawn mark keep it human; the three-part method gives the practice a shape.
