The studio works to keep this site accurate, but it is a marketing site, not a contract. Services, prices and availability are confirmed in a written proposal, and the proposal controls if the two disagree.

The projects on the Work page are shown with the clients' permission. Each client owns its own brand and content; they appear here as examples of the studio's work only.
Links to other sites
Links to client sites and other resources are provided for convenience. The studio does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Intellectual property
The Cerdan Studio name, the Orbit mark and the writing and design of this site belong to [legal entity name]. Client logos belong to the clients. Typefaces are used under their open-source licenses.
No warranty; limitation of liability
This site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, the studio is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything in it.
