The challenge
One question, one action.
Coaching sites tend to explain everything and ask for nothing. Annie’s site needed to ask one question a visitor immediately recognizes, manager or leader?, and offer one action: schedule a consultation.
It also had to work for three different people: someone just starting out, a solopreneur, and a seasoned professional.
The approach
Short, personal, direct.
A five-page structure: Home, About, Services, Testimonials, Contact. The homepage poses the question, answers it in two sentences, and puts “Schedule Your Consultation” in reach at every scroll.
Photography of Annie herself, not stock, so the guide is visible from the first screen.
